I haven't received my product yet

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated on your order. If it's been longer, then please contact us at help@stack45.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

I live outside of the UK

Please check each item for availability outside of the UK. Sometimes we are able to ship internationally depending on stock availability in your region.

The product I want is out of stock

We typically restock every two weeks. If a product has just gone out of stock then fear not as we'll have a fresh batch on the way soon.

I want to return my product

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy, which includes information on how to return or exchange your product.

I'm not happy with the quality of my product

We're sorry to hear this - something must have gone wrong! Please get in touch with us at help@stack45.com with your order number, and any details of what's wrong with the product. Including photos will help greatly, and our staff will do their best to help you.
